Spaghetti Sauce



Recipe for spaghetti sauce:

Saute:

1/3 c olive oil
1 onion chopped fine
2 chopped garlic buds

Add:

1 lb ground beef, brown and add
1 can tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 can (4 oz) mushrooms + liquid
1/2 tea salt
1/2 tea oregano
1/2 tea basil
bay leaf
thyme
parsley
chopped green pepper
1 c chopped celery

Cook 2 hours or until right consistency
