Is it the four eggs/cup part that is confusing? Basically, the recipe requires two cups of liquid. Eggs are variable in volume, so the instructions are to crack four eggs and measure the amount of liquid, if they do not make up a liquid cup, add enough milk to make a cup, and then add another cup of milk.
