Cheese Cake

Recipe for cheese cake:

II)

1 lb cottage cheese
3 egg yolks
3 tbs. flour
1 c. sugar
pinch salt
1/2 c. milk

Beat egg whites until stiff fold into batter

Bottom:

I)

1/2 c. butter or crisco and cream with 1/3 c. sugar, 1 egg and 1 cup flour, 1 t. vanilla.

Pour batter in and bake 350 degrees 45 min until done (shake, if solid it is done)

    Love the purple type! Look to me like this recipe was reproduced on a ditto machine. They used those alot when I was in elementary school. I just loved the smell of a freshly printed ditto'd page.
