3 1/4 cups sifted flour
1/2 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon soda
1 cup shortening
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
1 package None Such mince meat
Sift flour, salt and soda.
Cream shortening, add sugar gradually.
Add eggs, beat until smooth.
Add mince meat broken in small pieces.
Add flour and mix well.
Drop by teaspoonful on greased baking sheet.
Bake in oven 400 degrees - 12 mins

I have a similar recipe....with less eggs, and using brown sugar and with the addition of some spices. Mine calls for 2 cups mincemeat. I think that amount would be appropriate for this recipe as well. My recipe makes a cookie crisp on the outside and cake like on the inside. They soften when stored together in a sealed cookie tin. I image these would be similar.
