Rice Dainty




Recipe for "Rice Dainty (pudding)" -

3/4 c. cooked rice
3/4 c. fruit - chopped
1/2 c. honey
3/4 c. cream - whipped

Mix rice, fruit + honey.

Fold in whipped cream + chill well.

We always called that dish 'Ambrosia' when I was growing up.
