French Kraut

1 head cabbage - chop
1 green peppers
1 red pepper
2/3 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp celery seed
1 tbl whole allspice

Boil - cover cabbage
