Rice Pudding

3/4 c arborio rice
6 c milk
pinch salt
1/2 c sugar
1/2 vanilla bean

Med. heat
40-45"

1/4 c heavy cream
oven bake
grate orange
rind candied ginger
mace, cardamon
nutmeg, cinnamon
